CED has significant expertise in the design, development, testing, and production of various energetic switches, selectors and transfer devices. These devices provide relaying mechanism for input-output energy transfer, either gas or detonation and are typically used in the initiation sequence of military ejection seats. This expertise requires an in-depth understanding of detonation transfer physics which allows for in-depth analysis and modeling by the CED analytical staff. |
