CED has grown to become a primary supplier of aircrew egress system components, fuze components, ammunition pellets, stores attach/release devices, and military life supported test equipment. With numerous stock listed items, CED supports US and Foreign Military Sales with several OEM and qualified second source items.

CED’s extensive expertise in linear actuation, pneumatic or pyrotechnic, have evolved into launched vehicle systems such as stage separation, booster motor (SRB) attach/thrusters, and fuel control valve systems. CED products have been extensively used on various platforms, such as A-10, F-4, F-15, F-16, F/A-18, F-22, T-38, B-1B, B-2, C-5, C-17, numerous department of defense fuze programs, Atlas and Delta launch vehicle programs, JASSM, THAAD, GMD, Harpoon, SLAM-ER, Tomahawk missile programs, and on all variants of the Boeing 767.
