Becoming a Supplier

CED strives to establish and nurture mutually beneficial relationships with its Approved Supplier team by first becoming the best customer possible. We will do our best to supply clear requirements, forecasts when possible, and to pay invoices in accordance agreed terms after we have determined that our order is 100% conforming.

In return, CED expects suppliers to do their best to deliver 100% conforming parts on-time for the agreed price.

If you would like CED to consider your company for inclusion as an approved supplier, here's what you need to do:

1. Download the applicable file:

Becoming a Supplier to CED Illinois Facility

Becoming a Supplier to CED South Dakota Facility (TekOrd)

2. Complete the form and save it under a unique filename, such as "your company name" For example, A1 Machine Shop.

3. Email the completed file and other required documentation to our Materials Manager:

For CED's Illinois facility, email Materials Manager, Garry Vesely at gvesely@ced.us.com (630-969-0620 x379)

For CED's South Dakota facility (TekOrd), email Purchasing Manager, Rick Kolbeck at rkolbeck@ced.us.com (605-874-3412)

That's all there is to it!

After we receive your completed form and other required documentation, we'll evaluate your company in light of our current needs.

PLEASE DO NOT CALL TO CHECK ON THIS PROCESS.

If we feel your company is not a good fit, we will contact you. Otherwise, we will initiate the next step of the approval process when we feel it is appropriate to do so.

Thank you for offering your services!
